Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a reel from VillaReel Studio (“we”, “us”). By ordering, you agree to them. They're short and written in plain English.

1. What you receive

Vertical (9:16, 1080×1920) walkthrough reels of your property as MP4 files, with music, voiceover and subtitles:

Before you order, we send you a free watermarked teaser. The full reel has no watermark.

2. Payment

Prices are in EUR, one-time, per property. You pay by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Delivery

We deliver within 24 hours after we receive both your payment and your photos (or listing link), by email.

4. Revisions

Each package includes 1 free revision (Premium includes 2). Tell us what to change within 7 days of delivery and we'll send an updated reel.

5. Refunds

You see a free teaser before you pay, and revisions are included to get your reel right. If we can't deliver your reel, you get your money back in full. See our Refund Policy.

6. Your photos

You confirm that you own the photos and text you send us, or have permission to use them, and that we may use them to make your reels. We use them only for your order.

7. AI-generated content

Reels are created with AI from the photos you provide. No one films your property. We check each reel by hand and aim to keep it true to your photos, but motion and camera moves are generated, so please review your reel before you publish it and tell us if anything looks wrong.

8. Using your reels

Once paid, you may use your reels to promote your property: on your listings (Airbnb, Booking and others), your website and your social media. We won't use your reels or photos in our own marketing without your permission.

9. Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
